Hoe zorg je voor een klas of werkplek waar iedereen zich gezien, gehoord en veilig voelt?

In deze workshop onderzoek je herkenbare situaties uit je eigen leer- of werkomgeving. Met behulp van theater probeer je verschillende perspectieven en manieren van handelen uit. Geen debat of dialoog — maar fysiek oefenen met nieuwe manieren van reageren.

Joyce Beukema is theatermaker, actrice en docent. Haar werk draait om verbinding, gelijkwaardigheid en sociale veiligheid. Ze werkte met uiteenlopende groepen, van jeugdgevangenissen tot activisten, en onderzoekt hoe we inclusieve en veilige leeromgevingen kunnen vormgeven — niet in theorie, maar in praktijk.

Voor iedereen die wil bijdragen aan meer veiligheid op school of op het werk.

In this workshop you’ll explore familiar situations from your own learning or work environment. Using theatre as a tool, you’ll step into different perspectives and rehearse new ways of acting. Not a dialogue or debate — but a physical, hands-on way of exploring change.

Joyce Beukema is a theatre maker, actor and teacher. Her work centres around connection, equality, and social safety. She has worked with many different groups — from juvenile detention to activist circles — and focuses on how to create inclusive and safe environments through embodied experience.
