Design, creatie & auteursrechten-BNO (NL)

In deze sessie bepreekt BNO-jurist Silke Euverman de verschillende aspecten van het professionaliseren van je ontwerppraktijk. Welke contracten kun je bijvoorbeeld gebruiken bij het maken van afspraken? En wat betekent het auteursrecht voor jou als maker? Ook is er ruimte om jullie ervaring als jonge ontwerpers met elkaar te delen.

De BNO is de grootste community van designers en designbureaus in Nederland. We zijn er voor professionele ontwerpers. In alle disciplines, in alle fasen van hun carrière en hoe ze ook zijn georganiseerd: als student, als individueel ontwerper, als bureau, in een coöperatie of meewerkend in een bedrijf. Wij zorgen voor kennis, inspiratie en groei, helpen met deskundig advies, verbinden ontwerpers en hun bureaus met vakgenoten en andere relevante professionals én zijn de stem van ontwerpers richting opdrachtgevers en politiek.

In this session, BNO lawyer Silke Euverman will discuss the various aspects of professionalizing your design practice. For example, which contracts can you use when making agreements? And what does copyright mean for you as a creator? There is also room to share your experiences as young designers with each other. 

The BNO is the largest community of designers and design agencies in the Netherlands. We are there for professional designers. In all disciplines, in all phases of their careers and however they are organized: as a student, as an individual designer, as an agency, in a cooperative or working in a company.
